Review of "November" by William Cullen Bryant

"November" by William Cullen Bryant (1794 - 1878), an affiliate of the Romantic Movement, was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on November 3, 2013, the 219th anniversary of his birth.  A link to the poem may be found here:

"November" is a Romantic Nature poem in the form of a Shakespearean sonnet that offers a prayer of sorts to the sun for just a little more sunshine before winter comes.  The "blue gentian flower" (pictured) is mentioned in the poem.
