The poem opens with the speaker entering a grocery--I envision an upscale one such as Fresh Market, but perhaps that is because one just opened down the street from me recently. The speaker remarks upon the goods for sale and flirts with the barista at the coffee kiosk. The poem ends on a giddy note with the speaker envisioning herself sailing high (in both senses of the word) "high above the Tuileries" (pictured).
