Review of "The Paltry Nude Starts on a Spring Voyage" by Wallace Stevens

The Paltry Nude Starts on a Spring Voyage by Wallace Stevens (1879 - 1955) was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on May 5, 2013.  The poem evokes images of the birth of Venus--not in the idealized version of Botticelli (pictured)--but a more realistic depiction of her journey through the ocean.
