Review of The Wife-Woman by Anne Spencer

The Wife-Woman by Anne Spencer (b. 1882, pictured left) was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on March 16, 2013.  In this poem of 8 long, rhyming couplets, the poet evokes images of faith, life, love, death, and finally of fighting God's will but, in the end, accepting God's glory.
