Review of "Subject AT-171" by Melissa Mead

"Subject AT-171" by Melissa Mead appeared in Daily Science Fiction as the next installment in its every-other-Wednesday twisted fairy tale series on March 13, 2013.  "The three bear scientists lure Goldilocks into their home in order to sedate, measure, tag, and release her."

I did not mind being so specific in my one-sentence summary because the title really gives the plot away; the choice of a title is important, and I am not sure why the author chose one that would have this effect.  Still, the twists were clever, refreshingly original, and not completely spoiled.  5 out of 7 rocket-dragons.
