"Neighbours" by Rob Butler appeared in Daily Science Fiction on March 11, 2013. "The fourth planet of a solar system has launched missiles daily at the enemy fifth planet for centuries, then a plague impedes its ability to do so." This well-written, fast-paced, brilliantly conceived story has a delicious twist ending that I will not spoil here but which did earn it 7 out of 7 rocket-dragons.

"Neighbours" by Rob Butler appeared in Daily Science Fiction on March 11, 2013. "The fourth planet of a solar system has launched missiles daily at the enemy fifth planet for centuries, then a plague impedes its ability to do so." This well-written, fast-paced, brilliantly conceived story has a delicious twist ending that I will not spoil here but which did earn it 7 out of 7 rocket-dragons.
